Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days following the placement of an order. However, during periods of high demand, there may be slight delays in dispatch. In such cases, our dedicated customer service team will proactively communicate any updates regarding your order.
Each order is subject to a minimum processing time of 24 hours before dispatch.
For deliveries to specific regions, including Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and remote parts of the UK mainland, an additional 24-hour handling time may be required due to logistical considerations. If you are unsure whether this applies to your location, our customer service team is available to assist and provide clarity.
During peak seasons, such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, slight delays in dispatch may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.
We partner with reputable courier services, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. For your convenience and reassurance, all orders are tracked from the moment they leave our warehouse until they reach your doorstep.
Refund Policy
Returns Procedure (UK):
If you are a UK customer and wish to return your item, head over to our Returns Centre to carry out the following steps:
To begin the process, enter the email address that the products were ordered with, along with your order number. Your order number is located on your invoice which is emailed to you once your order has been processed. Can't find your order number? Not to worry! Simply drop our customer service team an email and they will be able to locate your order number for you.
Once you have entered the required information, click search.
You will then be issued with a returns label which can be printed off at the post office and use on the front of the package. Once your return has been taken by your local post office it will immediately be brought back to our warehouse.
Please note...
For UK orders, please be advised that returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date in order to be considered valid. In case you wish to return your item(s) for a complete or partial refund and opt to use our return labels, a nominal fee of £3.95 will be required through our Returns Center. Exchanges will be provided to you free of charge, as long as you process your return via our Returns Centre.
What items are returnable?
As part of our extended returns policy for the festive period, all orders made between 2nd October - 24th December 2023 can be returned anytime before midnight on the 31st January 2024.
Orders placed after 24th December 2023 are subject to our standard 30 day returns policy.
Items must be in original condition with no damages to the product or the packaging. Do not stick anything on Shoe Boxes/Original Bags as this will void your return.
Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
Items must be returned in original packaging
All items that are being returned must be clean and in the same condition, they were when they left our warehouse. If an item arrives dirty then we are unable to process your return request. The product will then be returned to you at your own cost. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We will not accept returns on any form of undergarments.
Custom-made products are non-refundable.
